Refund Policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain products that we are unable to accept returns or exchange on, and are not eligible for a refund, these are listed below:
- All our orders have a standard 24 hour cooling off period. If within this time you would like to cancel your order, you can do so with a full refund. After this period of time all cancellations will attract a $20 fee. If the item was custom and already made then no cancellations will be allowed and the item will be shipped.
- Due to the nature of the artwork returns won't be accepted due to colours, bubbles or positioning of items within the heart.
- Sales items or premade hearts; Sales items with exact image will not be refunded. Premade hearts with an image of the exact heart will not be refunded. These items can be seen before purchase. Any hearts on sale will not be refunded.
- Orders containing a custom name and date. If you have placed an order and have requested personalised custom words or dates to be placed inside your chosen product, we are unable to offer you a refund due to the nature of the artwork and the personalisation that has been added.
- All products that contain DNA are unable to be refunded due to the nature of the artwork. As you have provided personal DNA these products are non-refundable/non exchangeable. Please note that with all DNA products we will return any left over DNA inclusions to you after completion of your order.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional Non-refundable items:
- Gift cards, Downloadable software products or Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mymissingpeace.com.au and send your item to: My Missing Peace, Po Box 96, Birregurra VIC 3242, Australia.
Returning your Product:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: My Missing Peace, PO BOX 96 , Birregurra VIC 3242, Australia You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping time on exchange products is the same as the order process time. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unclaimed Parcels Returned to us:
If your shipped packaged is unclaimed for what ever reason it will normally return to us. This may take a week or in some cases it can take 2 -3 months.
Once an unclaimed package is returned we will contact you to discuss. If the order has been returned to us and you no longer are wishing to proceed with the order we will refund you 50% of your product cost (not including shipping or custom orders) . If you wish to have the order re-sent to you, the cost of shipping will be at your expense.
If your purchase was a custom piece or includes DNA a refund is not available, these orders must be re-sent to the purchaser at their expense for the shipping.
